Recruiters who are accepted by Recruiterreqs and become eligible to submit
bids to Employers on the Website ('Recruiters') must supply a name, company
name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, company website,
company description, personal description, screen name, password, credit
card information (including name, number, expiration date and API number)
and financial information as necessary for payments and all other financial
transactions with Recruiterreqs.
In each case, Recruiterreqs collects information only insofar as is necessary
or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with
Recruiterreqs. Recruiterreqs will not disclose sensitive financial information
unless required by law. Recruiterreqs does not disclose any other type

and other value added services may be used only for lawful Purpose by
candidates seeking employment and employers/recruiters seeking candidates.
Recruiterreqs specifically prohibits any other use of Recruiterreqs, and
all Users agree not to do any of the following:
- You may not post jobs on Recruiterreqs for any competitor or post
any content that links to any of Recruiterreqs competitor websites;
- You may not post any content that contain email address, HTML Tags
or content intended to create harm or misleading information;
- You may not use Recruiterreqs Resume Database for any purpose other
than as an employer seeking employees. You may not use Recruiterreqs
Resume Database to sell Candidate information or promote any products
or services;
- You may not post any incomplete, false or inaccurate information on
the any of our sites
- You may not post any information you have no right in or any information
that violates the law or regulation of any kind.
- You may not post any jobs that require an upfront or periodic payment
or that requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
- You may not send unsolicited e-mails or mails or phone calls or faxes
regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a
user of Recruiterreqs
- You may not revise or alter any information provided by another Recruiterreqs
user.
- You may not take any action that may affect the security of Recruiterreqs
using software or any others means.
- You may not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse
engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part
of Recruiterreqs
- You may not aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the
Recruiterreqs content or information available from Recruiterreqs
Registration
Employers/Recruiters - In order to register with Recruiterreqs, you will
be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, personal
details and your professional profile, Credit Card or Debit Card information
for Billing Purposes only which will be entered by you upon choosing a
Posting Resume search or advertising package. By registering with Recruiterreqs,
you understand and agree that Recruiterreqs may disclose your information
to third parties, however Recruiterreqs will not disclose to any third
party your name, address, email or credit/debit card information or any
other sensitive information without your prior consent, except to the
extent necessary or applicable to comply any applicable law or regulation
or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
details including the username and password. You shall be responsible
for any user who logs in to Recruiterreqs with your username and password.
Do not disclose your username and password to anyone. If you think your
account has been accessed by someone without your permission, please immediately
change your username and password and contact us immediately. DO NOT STORE
ANY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE.
Candidates resume postings and job searching capabilities are all free
however you are bound by the TOS as it applies to the content you post
in our database and the unwarranted or unsolicited sending of e-mails,
spam or any manner in which you may convey unprofessional or inappropriate
content or language. Protect your personal information by never providing
credit card, bank account numbers or any other personal information open
to misuse to prospective Employers/Recruiters for any reason or in exchange
for a promise of employment
Employers/Recruiters and Candidates - Recruiterreqs reserves the right
to provide services and products to you based on your preferences you
opted upon registration or at any time thereafter. These products or services
can be made by Recruiterreqs or any third parties. Recruiterreqs does
not make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the
third party products or service purchased through Recruiterreqs Banner
Advertising Program.
Account Information
You are solely responsible for your account information, resumes, content,
messages or any information used in Recruiterreqs. By posting any content
to Recruiterreqs you warrant that you have the right to grant Recruiterreqs
the complete right to use, copy, perform, display and distribute your
information. You also warrant that the content or information you post
in Recruiterreqs doesn't violate any copyright, trademark, or any other
law and regulation.
The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited in
Recruiterreqs. While there are very few specific prohibited User Content
list, please use common sense.

and find employment. Recruiterreqs does not screen or censor any information
posted by either party. Recruiterreqs is not involved in any transaction
between employers and candidates, and hence Recruiterreqs has no control
over the quality, safety or legality of the information posted by employers
or job seekers.
Recruiterreqs will not be held responsible for any harm of dealing with
strangers, minors or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all
risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact
through Recruiterreqs. Please report any postings by other people that
are offensive, harmful or deceptive to use for review. Please use caution
and common sense while using Recruiterreqs
Since user authentication on the internet is difficult Recruiterreqs
cannot confirm that each User is who they claim to be. In the event you
have a dispute with one or more Users, you release Recruiterreqs from
claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown,
suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or
in any way connected with such disputes.
Recruiterreqs makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability
or completeness or timeliness of any content or functionality of the application.

Candidates are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of
any resume or material contained therein placed by them on Recruiterreqs.
Employers are solely responsible for their job postings on Recruiterreqs.
Recruiterreqs shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for
whatever reason made by any entity posting jobs on Recruiterreqs
Recruiterreqs cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific result
from Recruiterreqs. No advice or information, oral or written, obtained
by any user from Recruiterreqs shall create any warranty not expressly
stated here.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Recruiterreqs shall not be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill,
use, data or other intangible losses (even if Recruiterreqs has been advised
of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the
inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and
you agree to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting
in Hackensack, New Jersey, and Newark, New Jersey, respectively. The parties
hereby expressly waive trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim
brought by either of the parties against the other on any matters whatsoever
arising out of or in any way connected with these Terms and Conditions
and agree to submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration
Association.
